Southern Angel Properties, LLC has closed its doors as of January 8th 2025 after 16 years as owners Ken and Deb LaVoie have decided to retire. It is a bittersweet decision, as our operation was truly running at its best. We couldn't have asked for a better group of residents, nor a more competent and worthy group of tradespeople supporting us.
