CERTIFICATION AND CONSENT I/We authorize Tenant-Net, Inc. and Southern Angel Properties, LLC to pull my personal credit report, to contact any companies, individuals, government entities, and/or consumer or credit reporting bureaus for the purpose of verifying information herein, reporting on any criminal, credit and rental history, and providing any and all such information including this application to the herein above referenced Owner/Manager.

I also authorize and consent to the permanent recording and retention by Tenant-Net, Inc. and Southern Angel Properties, LLC of this application. However, this application and the information herein may only be re-published and released upon my subsequent written or electronic authorization and only to a third party I specifically designate. I release and hold Tenant-Net and Southern Angel Properties LLC harmless from any and all liability for said acts provided these conditions are met.

I herein swear and affirm the information contained in this application is true and complete. I understand that material misstatements or misrepresentations herein may serve as a basis to deny my application, and could be deemed a possible breach of any lease that I might subsequently enter, as well as forfeiture of any holding deposit have made or will make, even if I have already been approved.

Additionally, because Tenant-Net, Inc. requires a complete and separate signature for each background check, and this form has only one signature, I authorize Southern Angel Properties LLC to create additional applications (using only the information contained in my application) for each adult listed on this application for whom a signature is not collected on this submission. (Alternately, you can add all adult's names to the signature field, separated by a comma)
Typing your full name in the box consitutes your legally binding signature: ALL APPLICANTS CAN PUT NAME IN BOX SEPARATED BY A COMMA (Example: John Smith, Mary Smith).
