Paying your rent each month
We have two convenient ways to pay rent. These are the ONLY the two ways, and we do not accept payment by mail nor do we collect rent in person (except for move-in funds)
Method #1: ACH withdrawal from your checking or savings account.
We will deduct rent directly from your checking or savings account on the first of each month. Simply fill out the form at https://sangelproperties.com/holdingdeposit-submittable.html and you'll be all set. This is handled directly via Kennebec Savings Bank and is a super secure and safe way to pay your rent.
Method #2: Paying rent in person at Kennebec Savings Bank in Waterville
We have made arrangements with Kennebec Savings Bank to accept rent on our behalf from all of our tenants. In order to get properly credited, please follow these simple directions. - Walk up to any teller at Kennebec Savings Bank in Waterville or Augusta and tell them you want to deposit your rent into Southern Angel Properties CHECKING ACCOUNT.
- IMPORTANT: Ask them to put your name on the deposit slip so that we can view it online.
