Referral Program: Get paid to send good tenants (or buyers) our way!
Our Tenant Referral Program works like this: If you refer a tenant to us, and they pass our screening and become a tenant, you get a check for $100, or if you're a current resident, a $100 credit which you can use toward next month's rent or "bank" for a future month. In addition, if we are selling a property, and you refer a buyer to us, you will get $1,000 referral fee upon succesful closing. Here are the details:
- You can be a current tenant, or general member of the community.
- The referred tenant must tell me that you referred them the FIRST time we meet.
- The referred tenant must successfully make all payments, (first & second month's rent, security deposit, and any pet fees if applicable)on-time.
- The referred tenant must not violate their lease the first month.
- You understand that your participation in this program does not make you an employee or agent
- For $1,000 sale bonus, above criteria do not apply. All that needs to happen is a succesful closing (sale)
